The venue of the ATC is the main campus of Tbilisi State University at Chavchavadze Avenue. Concrete room numbers and the orientation plan will be provided later/
Speakers and Participants are requested to book their hotels themselves. We will issue some hotel recommendations by end of March, 2025. There are several small and moderately priced hotels in the nearby of university, which you may book via booking.com. Your hotel will be paid by us (if you want to pay yourself, please contact us beforehand).
The university location is served by several city busses.
The nearest Metro station is Rustaveli, ca 15 min walk (3 bus stations) from university.
The travel cost may be reimbursed:
for trainers and technical staff of ATC (your trainer status is subject to approval by WG Leader)
for trainees from AM, AZ, GE, MD, UA.
